Quotesmatic – Terms of Use

1. AGREEMENT AND DEFINITIONS

1.1 Agreement Overview

Welcome to Quotesmatic! These Terms of Use form a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you ("User") and the Quotesmatic team ("Provider"). By using our mobile application, you agree to these terms.

1.2 Terms and Definitions

• Effective Date: The date these Terms go into effect.
• User Content: Text, quotes, or images generated or uploaded by you within the app.
• Mobile Application: The Quotesmatic app installed on your mobile device.
• Device: Any smartphone, tablet, or compatible gadget used to access the app.
• Trial Period: Any free trial period where premium features are available.
• Services: All features provided by the Quotesmatic app, including quote generation, styling, downloads, and sharing.
• Subscription: Paid access to full features of the app. May auto-renew based on your settings.
• Subscription Term: The active duration of your subscription.
• Subscription Fees: The payment required to access premium features.
• Free Services: Limited features provided at no cost.
• Tariffs: Pricing plans offered for subscription tiers.

2. SERVICES

The Provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Quotesmatic. Services include AI-generated quotes, design templates, downloads, and sharing features. The Provider may update or change the functionality at any time.

3. USER ACCESS

To access certain features, you may be required to grant permissions or enable internet connectivity. You agree to use the app lawfully and accept that the Provider may process your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

4. CONTENT

You own the User Content you generate or upload in the app. By using Quotesmatic, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content for technical and service purposes. You're solely responsible for the legality and originality of your content.

5. USER RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or tamper with the app.
• Share harmful, hateful, or inappropriate content.

6. PROVIDER & USER RESPONSIBILITIES

We strive to maintain and improve the app with reasonable care. However, we cannot guarantee continuous availability. You are responsible for maintaining your device's security and paying any subscription fees if applicable.

7. TERM AND TERMINATION

These terms are effective from your first use of the app. You may stop using the app at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the app.

8. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Some features require payment. Subscription Fees are charged based on your selected plan (Tariff). Fees are managed via the App Store and are subject to their policies. In-app purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by local law.

9. LIABILITY

Quotesmatic is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times. We are not liable for:

• User Content
• Service interruptions
• Loss of data

You agree to hold us harmless against any claims or damages resulting from misuse of the app.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws and courts.

11. FINAL TERMS

These Terms make up the entire agreement between you and the Provider. We may update these Terms at any time and will notify you of major changes through the app. By continuing to use Quotesmatic, you accept the updated terms.
